How do I place an order?

Deposit Requirements
We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% on all orders. Production will not begin until receipt of deposit. Orders ship upon receipt of final payment. Prices and quotes are subject to change without given notice.
Shipping & delivery
How is shipping arranged?
We facilitate worldwide shipping through our trusted carriers. Shipping rates are determined based on a custom quote, with domestic quotes typically provided within a week and international quotes requiring additional time. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or pickup. Once an order is ready, it must be collected promptly to avoid storage fees.
What is the estimated lead time?
Orders typically ship within 16–20 weeks, depending on the piece.
Materials & sustainability
What materials are used in your furniture?
Wood - We embrace the natural beauty of locally sourced hardwoods in our work, highlighting their unique characteristics. Over time, exposure to UV light and air will naturally alter the wood’s color, and while we take great care in our finishing process, we cannot guarantee complete color fastness.
Leather - We source premium whole hides. Each hide is unique, bearing subtle natural markings such as scars, stretch marks, and insect bites—testaments to the life of the animal and the authenticity of the material.
Is your furniture environmentally friendly?
Yes, we prioritize sustainable materials, finishes with low VOC, and responsible production practices.
Customization & care
Can I customize a piece?
Yes, we offer some customization options for materials, finishes, and dimensions. Contact us for details.
How should I maintain my furniture?
Regular dusting and occasional conditioning with recommended products will preserve the finish and integrity of your piece.
Returns & Policies
What is your return policy?
As all pieces are made to order, returns are not accepted. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Do you offer a Trade Discount?
Yes, we offer a trade discount of 15% to interior designers, architects, and developers. Please contact us directly with your Business Certificate and/or Resale certificate to set up an account.
